Friday 28th: Guests can check-in at 4:00pm at the reception of Sunwolf Lodge in Squamish. We will host a welcome BBQ Potluck around 6:30pm. There will be lawn games, kegs, a campfire and even a costume contest. This is the time for you musical people to show off your skills; break out the guitars, bongos, and kazoos!
Saturday 29th: Fergies Cafe (on site) offers a delicious breakfast and brunch. You'll have the morning to explore the area, go for a hike or white water rafting, etc. Wedding ceremony at 3:00, cocktail hour & reception dinner to follow. Then, party time!
Sunday 30th: Bride and Groom's goodbye brunch in the main lodge, pack up and check out by 11am.
TRAVEL, FOOD & ACCOMMODATION
TRAVEL
Sunwolf Lodge is accessible by car from Vancouver. Following the signs for Whistler from Vancouver, it's just a 5 minute drive from the highway turn-off in Squamish.
FOOD
We understand that a whole weekend away can be expensive, so we are happy to provide our guests with some of the meals during the weekend. We will host dinner on the Friday and Saturday evenings as well as brunch Sunday morning. For the rest of your meals we would recommend Fergies; an award winning restaurant just steps from the cabins. Each cabin also comes equipped with a kitchenette and bbq, so guests are welcome to bring their own food.
We will be able to accommodate various dietary needs, please let us know when RSVP-ing.
ACCOMMODATION
Sunwolf has ten cabins on-site. Each cabin includes a queen sized bed, a day bed and an optional cot. If you would like to share a cabin with another specific couple, please let us know when you fill out the RSVP survey.
To pay for your accommodation, simply call Sunwolf Lodge at 604-898-1537, just like a hotel. We will keep updating this section with more details about all things wedding related as we get closer to the weekend!
KIDS AT SUNWOLF
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times, due to the close proximity of the property to the Cheakamus River, the Cheekye River, the road and the railway tracks.
